AGE REQUIREMENTS:
In order to attend Junior 4-H Camp as a CAMPER, youth must be 9 - 13 years old as of September 30, 2024.
Counselors-In-Training (CITs) must have turned 13 by January 1, 2024. CITs register using this form.
Teen Leaders must have turned 14 by January 1, 2024. There is a separate application process for Teen Leaders, and they should not use this form to register.
COST OF CAMP AND PAYMENT INFORMATION:
The cost of camp is $285. Some limited, need-based financial assistance may be available to Lynchburg residents.
Camper spaces will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. After completing this registration form, you must submit your deposit of $100 or your payment in full within 7 days. If your deposit is not received, your registration will be invalid. The balance of your fee will be due no later than June 15th. We will work with you to set up a payment plan, if needed.

Cash payments, exact change only, are accepted at the Extension Office (2704 Concord Turnpike, Lynchburg) during regular business hours. We are able to accept debit/credit cards or any form of online payment. You will receive a link to pay via credit card within 7-10 days of registration.
CAMP CLASS SELECTION:
Campers will choose four individual classes to take at camp. Once the 4-H Center has finalized its class offerings for the season, registered campers will be contacted with directions on how to sign up for classes.
