Preserve the flavors of the season with this hands-on workshop for an informative and fun session where we'll guide you through the process of pressure canning.
Vegetable Pressure Canning Workshops will be offered in three different locations. You must select the workshop you wish to attend during the checkout process. Your options are:
- Shenandoah County: July 22, 2025 10 am-12 noon - Location: Virginia Cooperative Extension - Shenandoah County, 600 N. Main St., Ste. 100, Woodstock, VA 22664. Registration Deadline: July 14, 2025.
- Clarke County: July 24, 2025 6 pm-8 pm - Location: Smith Meadows Farm Store and Kitchen, 660 Smithfield Ln., Berryville, VA 22611. Registration Deadline: July 14, 2025.
- Page County: August 7, 2025 10 am-12 noon - Location: Virginia Cooperative Extension - Page County, 215 W. Main St., Ste. C, Stanley, VA 22851. Registration Deadline: July 25, 2025.
