Description
Do you have a well or spring?
What’s in your water?
The Virginia Household Water Quality Program aims to improve the water quality and health of Virginians with wells, springs and cisterns. We provide affordable water testing, help interpreting their water test results, and information about addressing problems.
How does it work?
1. Pick up your sample kit at your local VCE Office*, Kit pickup will occur on 7/23 - 7/25 and 7/28-29, 8:00am - 4:30pm.
2. Collect samples and drop off at your local VCE Office*. Drop off will occur on Wednesday, 7/30/2025, 7:00am - 9:00am.
3. Samples are analyzed at Virginia Tech. Receive your confidential results, an explanation of what they mean, and information about addressing any problems via email in September.
