Description
On June 14th, Virginia State University will host a Kids' Tech University program for children ages 9-12 and their parents/guardians. Kids will attend an interactive lecture by a scientist, have lunch and attend hands-on science booths in the afternoon. Parents are responsible for dropping off their child at a lecture hall space on the VSU campus (in Petersburg, VA); we will have the lecture available in another room for parents/guardians) and accompanying their child to lunch and the hands-on activities.
*A limited number of scholarships are available. You may apply for a scholarship at the time of registration. Please see Ways to Register below. If you have any questions regarding the scholarship, please email Dr. Kristy Collins.
