Better Process Control School: Acidified Course - Virtual, Self-Paced
This completely online, self-paced Better Process Control School for acidified foods allows producers to take a mix of required and self-selected material to gain the knowledge needed to safely produce and sell acidified foods. Producers of acid foods are strongly recommended to take the course as well. The course is expected to take sixteen hours to complete.
