Description

Cooking for Crowds is a 2-hour food safety training designed for community groups, churches, and organizations that rely on volunteers to prepare and serve food to the public. Participants will learn essential practices to prevent foodborne illness, including safe food handling, temperature control, personal hygiene, cleaning and sanitation, and food allergy awareness. Ideal for non-commercial and exempt settings, this program includes a brief pre/post assessment, and participants who score 70% or higher will receive a certificate valid for three years.

Cost:  $5 per person 
           $20 per organization/group (up to 10 participants)
           Refunds are not available for this event; however, a substitute attendee will be accepted.
