Description
The 2026 Northern Shenandoah Valley Commercial Pesticide Applicator Recertification Program will be held on January 20, 2026 (snow date: January 22). Registration is $85 for those registering before 5:00p.m. January 5 (code: NSV EARLY CPAR). For those registering January 6-13, the fee will be $115. The registration fee includes program materials, lunch, and refreshments.
This recertification course is offered for commercial pesticide applicators in 2 separate areas: Ornamental and Turf and Agriculture Plants and Animal Pest Control. You must select your choice for recertification during the checkout process. Please register for only 1 session.
You will be given the option during checkout to register as an individual or as a Family/Group. If you select group registration, please follow these instructions to complete your checkout: Group Instructions.
Check-in begins at 8:00a.m. with sessions starting promptly at 9:00a.m. Participants must be present for ALL sessions to receive credit. Late arrival or early departure will result in no credit being issued.

This system is designed to process online credit card payments only. If you wish to pay by check, please mail your check made payable to "Treasurer, Virginia Tech", with a completed registration form for each attendee, to VCE-Frederick County, 107 North Kent Street, Winchester, VA 22601. The registration form is available on the brochure. There is a $50 return check fee. Your registration is not complete until payment is received. - REFUND POLICY: No refunds after the early registration period (1/6/26), but we will allow substitution of personnel. Any refunds will incur a $5 processing fee.
