This 20-hour course is one way to meet the Food Safety Modernization Act Preventive Controls for Human Food regulation Preventive Controls Qualified Individual (PCQI) requirement. To achieve this certification and associated certificate, you must be able to be present for the entirety of the training on a device with working camera and audio. Your camera must remain on for the entirety of the 20-hour course unless otherwise specified or agreed in advance of the training to receive the certificate.
