CALS Fall Career Fair

The Inn at Virginia Tech - Latham Ballroom

Check-in and Booth Set-up: 8:00am – 9:30am
Career Fair: 10:00am - 4:00pm
Booth Tear Down: 4:00pm – 5:00 pm
*Lunch will be available from 11:30 AM - 1:00 PM. Refreshments will also be available from 8:00-9:30am and 2:00-3:00pm.

Each employer/graduate program will be provided with one 8’ x 6’ booth (with electric and Wi-Fi access) and up to two chairs. Table linens will be provided or you may bring your own. If you need to ship display materials ahead of the event, Hollins Expo Services, or event vendor, will be providing that service for our employers, and materials can be shipped to them. 30 days prior to the event, Hollins will be sending an email to your contact with shipping information and instructions. Display materials will be placed in your booth by 8:00 AM on the day of the event.

Registration Details

To register for these events, please click on Add to Cart and follow the onscreen prompts to complete your registration. At the end of the registration form, you will be routed to a secure site for payment. Please have a credit card ready. Cost: $500.00*

Payment Methods: Credit Cards Only

Refund/Cancellation Policy: Event expenses are incurred based on the number of registrants; therefore, NO request for release of obligation or refund will be granted if received by the career services team on or after 9/1/2025. A full refund will be granted if the request for cancellation is received by Monday, 9/1/2025. After 9/1/2025, please contact Anna Worch (annaworch@vt.edu) for your available options. In the unlikely circumstance that this event is canceled due to insufficient registrations or unforeseen circumstances, the university will refund your registration fee. However, Virginia Tech cannot be held responsible for any other expenses, cancellation fees, or other charges.
