Description

The Pulaski County 4-H Leader’s Association is hosting their 2nd Annual 4-H Craft & Vendor Event on October 15, 2022 from 9:00am to 4:00pm at Riverlawn Elementary School Parking Lot, to raise funds to lower the 2023 4-H Camp fees!  Set up begins at 8:00 AM and must be completed by 8:45AM.

Area Direct Sale Businesses are encouraged to set up and sell!  The site will include 34 booths, which are roughly 10’ x 10’, with a few feet in between each booth.  No utilities will be provided.

Registration is $30 in addition to a donated raffle item from your business (worth approximately $10) in order to set up.  Feel free to include your business card/contact info in the raffle item. Proceeds from the registration fee and the raffle money will be used to lower the 2023 4-H camp fees.

Oftentimes there is a misconception in the community that because 4-H is affiliated with Virginia Tech that they provide funding to support our programming efforts.  Pulaski County 4-H programs are solely funded through the community, whether public or private sponsorships.

All proceeds will be used to offset expenses for 2023 4-H Camp – including but not limited to 4-H Camp Camper Registration Fees, 4-H Camp Counselor In Training Registration Fees, 4-H Camp Teen Counselor Registration Fees, along with supplies for 4-H Camp Classes and Afternoon and Evening Programs.

We hope that you will consider participating in this event to benefit you and the 4-Her’s of Pulaski County.
