The Pulaski County 4-H Leader’s Association is hosting their 2nd Annual 4-H Craft & Vendor Event on October 15, 2022 from 9:00am to 4:00pm at Riverlawn Elementary School Parking Lot, to raise funds to lower the 2023 4-H Camp fees! Set up begins at 8:00 AM and must be completed by 8:45AM.
Area Direct Sale Businesses are encouraged to set up and sell! The site will include 34 booths, which are roughly 10’ x 10’, with a few feet in between each booth. No utilities will be provided.
Registration is $30 in addition to a donated raffle item from your business (worth approximately $10) in order to set up. Feel free to include your business card/contact info in the raffle item. Proceeds from the registration fee and the raffle money will be used to lower the 2023 4-H camp fees.
Oftentimes there is a misconception in the community that because 4-H is affiliated with Virginia Tech that they provide funding to support our programming efforts. Pulaski County 4-H programs are solely funded through the community, whether public or private sponsorships.
All proceeds will be used to offset expenses for 2023 4-H Camp – including but not limited to 4-H Camp Camper Registration Fees, 4-H Camp Counselor In Training Registration Fees, 4-H Camp Teen Counselor Registration Fees, along with supplies for 4-H Camp Classes and Afternoon and Evening Programs.

All Businesses and Representatives participating in the 4-H Craft and Vendor Fair must accept the responsibility of creating a positive image that reflects 4-H ideals that which includes any merchandise sold.
All participants of the program should always strive to uphold the following 4-H standards: Trustworthiness, Respect, Responsibility, Fairness, Caring, and Citizenship.
