Description

Are you interested in farming or a beginning farmer who wants to learn more about developing informed farm decisions? VCE is offering the Blue Ridge Introduction to Whole Farm Planning course this fall! Join us on Monday nights October 4th-November 11th through Zoom or in person for guided discussions around this module.

 

Topics will include personal and professional goal setting, assessing your resources, infrastructure, finances, marketing, and more. Learn from VCE educators and featured guest speakers. This is an introductory course, no prior farming experience is required, but it would also benefit beginning farmers.


COURSE SCHEDULE:

This course will be offered online via Canvas, and include Zoom meetings, as well as some possible in-person meetings.  Details will be sent to all registrants when they become available.

Meets weekly on Monday evenings:

6:30pm – 8:00pm
