Dinwiddie 4-H Junior Camp – Campers
June 10th – 14th, 2024

Camper:
Total Camper Cost: $375.00
Non-Refundable Deposit: $100.00 (deducted from total cost)
The last day to make payment in full is May 1, 2024.
$15.00 Processing Fee on refunds.
Refunds are available March 14 – May 1, 2024.
Payments:
DO NOT MAKE A PAYMENT UNTIL HANNAH HAS APPROVED YOUR CAMP REGISTRATION. Making a payment here does not reserve a camp spot.
Once your registration has been approved, you can pay in full or pay the non-refundable deposit of $100.00. Payments can be made until paid in full by May 1, 2024.
If you would like to pay by cash, check, or money order, make checks payable to VCE-Dinwiddie. Payments can be dropped off at 13915-A Boydton Plank Road, Dinwiddie, VA 23841 Monday to Friday from 8AM-4:30PM or mailed to P.O. Box 399, Dinwiddie, VA 23841. A drop box is available for after-hours payments; please leave payments in an envelope with the child's name.
Scholarships:
Scholarships are also available, and you will be notified by April 15. Dinwiddie 4-H Scholarships cover up to $188 of your fee. Full scholarships are available through the Preston Wilson Scholarship. Both are limited and not guaranteed!
Refund Policy:
Full Refund of paid amount, minus non-refundable deposit until May 1, 2024. Refunds are issued through Virginia Tech and may take up to 4-6 weeks to process. Refund processing fee is $15.
The $100.00 registration deposit, credits and Scholarships are non-refundable.
No refunds after May 1, 2024.
$50.00 Returned check fee.
